Can I reserve an item?

Yes and you are encouraged to do so! Usually 2-3 days’ notice is plenty, but you are welcome to reserve as far out as you would like!

What do I need to be able to rent?

We will need to make a copy of a U.S. State issued drivers license, and you will be required to pay with a credit/debit card. The cardholder name must match the name on the license.

Do you require a deposit?

Very few items require a deposit. Most equipment just requires the initial rental period to be paid for up front.

Can I extend my rental?

As long as we have availability we will gladly extend your rental. Check with your location and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I return equipment to a different location?

Equipment should be returned to the store that is was rented from. In certain situations, we may be able to allow you to return at a different location. Please contact the store that you rented from for more information.

Can you deliver the equipment to me?

Yes we certainly can. Please contact your store for Delivery/Pickup Rates

What if my rental equipment has a problem?

Stop using the equipment immediately and contact the store that you rented it from. We will work expeditiously to get the problem corrected!
